Kevin did a transmission swap on my 2015 RS5. He did a phenomenal job from start to finish! This car is my baby and he treated me like he knew that. I live in Pennsylvania so to ease my mind he would update me with photos and progress almost every day! As a big car guy I loved that! He also found some other issues once old trans was removed, sent me pics and then did repairs. I don’t trust many people to work on my cars but Kevin is one guy I’d let work on any of my things! He knows his stuff! Give this guy a raise International! I also dealt with Bobby over the phone in the beginning, he is also a great guy and easy to talk with. I definitely would recommend this shop for any job! Good bunch of guys.

Many years of experience with International Auto Service. I never had any issues or anything else. Always help with proper diagnosis and repair professionally. Nothing short of exceptional! As someone new to the city, a few neighbors recommended I take my MB GLS to this shop for maintenance and service instead of the traditional MB dealership. From the moment I scheduled with the incredible Bobby to the time I picked up my car, the experience exceeded my expectations. The team was professional, fair-priced, and most importantly, honest.
