It was once again time for an oil service so I brought my beloved Bimmer to IAS as usual. There I was cheerfully greeted by the Service Manager, my car's needs were handled promptly, I had a chance to thank the technician, and I was on my way in short order. Doesn't sound like much, but, it was so typical of ANY service work done at IAS.

Recently bought a pre-owned BMW and needed service. I was hesitant to even buy it because of the distance to the closest BMW dealer for service. I was having a minor issue and decided to try International Auto Specialists. They were absolutely great to work with from the initial call. I was scheduled quickly, my advisor JJ called me frequently with a status and explained everything to me in detail. Arrived at IAS's new facility on Lafayette Boulevard in Fredericksburg, VA, and was greeted by management and technicians. All I needed was an annual inspection, however, I was treated like a visiting head of state. The inspection was done quickly by Bob Sorke's well-trained technicians and I was on my way in short order. No matter the issue with my BMW I am always assured of great service and I always recommend my friends take their vehicles to IAS for service.
