I have had my vehicles serviced by Dealership Service and have not had the experience I had with International Auto Specialist. First of all, I have a Volkswagen and not many shops will work on them. When I call Nat at International Auto and explained what my problem was, he explained exactly how they were going to approach the issue which meant they were not just going to take what I already had evaluated and charge me, they were going to look at the cause. I dropped the vehicle off and it was fixed. Of course, no work was done until they called for authorization and delivered exactly when they said. If this review allowed 10 stars that's what I would give them. Great work and outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Gentlemen for the fine work and how clean you returned my car to me!!

They were very knowledgeable and professional. They gave me the best case/ worst case cost I asked for. They kept us informed thru out the time they were working in our car. Came in under budget with a 2 year warranty on all repairs. I highly recommend them and we will be using them in the future.
