Once again, Nathan, Kevin and the entire staff at International Auto came through in the clutch. Last weekend I had brought my car into the Nissan dealership in Stafford for a routine oil change and also pointed out to them that my belt was making a screeching noise when the car would first start up (cold weather). I was told by the service rep that the technician could not find anything wrong with the belt and that it was normal for the belt to do that since it is not protected by water or the cold and I of course could not believe they even told me that and thought I would just live with it. Well I called Nathan this past Thursday evening and asked if there was anyway to get my car in to be looked at today (Friday 12/20). Nathan said I could bring the car in first thing in the morning. I arrived right before 8am and they got my car in right away and in less than 30 minutes Nathan came up to me and said I was good to go and that Kevin said the belt was loose and they got it tightened up for me and I have not had anymore screeching of the belt. Kevin did tell me that if it happens again that the belt may have to be replaced but I should be good to go. This just goes to show the honesty and integrity that International Auto has vice a dealership. I only wish that International Auto was closer to my home in Stafford but it is worth the drive to their shop in Fredericksburg. My car is a 2005 Nissan Altima 3.5SE and has over 191,000 miles on it and these guys treat it like it was a brand new car and always makes the customer #1. They even had my car washed and cleaned the inside and believe me my car looks brand new, the guy that did it was outstanding. Once again, a big thanks going out to these guys and I highly recommend them if you need you car serviced, they are upfront and honest and I trust them with both of my cars.
