I learned that the term honest mechanic was an oxymoron until I've had the pleasure of discovering International Auto. This is an extremely honorable shop that operates with extremely high integrity. Once, I was advised to have my car repaired at the dealer because they discovered a defective item that was recalled and could be replaced, free of charge, by the dealer. They were right, although my vehicle was no longer under warranty, the part was replaced free of charge. They could have been less forthcoming and made a bundle by withholding this information. Instead, they were honest and saved me some money. I will always patronize International Auto.

International Auto works well at both the technical aspects and personal aspects of the job. This flows from Bob and Wil to the workshpo.

A printout of the repair was shown to me with costs. An explanation was provided on how the repair would be done.

Not only are they much more convenient that doing to the dealer, they do a better job and don't tell you that you need to fix things that aren't broken.

I was happy with experience, the only thing I wasn't happy is when one of the mecanics drove my BMW for several minutes before the service was done. I didn't say a thing at the moment but I felt unconfortable with his audacity
