This is the only place I truly trust with my car, with respect to getting an honest answer and high quality work. Bob fully stands behind the work done at this shop, and will discuss/educate any topic regarding your car. Will is always pleasant and helpful on the phone. They don't try to 'up-sale' you. I've taken multiple vehicles here, and you always feel like you are getting 'local hometown' treatment. This shop is not the slickest one around, as they put their efforts in 'fixing' your car, without gimmicks, instead of amenities. We've had a couple of occasions where sporadic car problems would pop up and they have always been patient and diligent in researching the problem until figuring out, and I know I wasn't charged for every minute of diagnosis, as their goal was to fix the car right and keep the customer happy. We've also had the occasion where my wife had a minor malfunction in the door, and couldn't get it closed, and therefore couldn't really drive it, and when she drove up to the garage, they fixed it on the spot and got her back on the road within minutes (no charge). Service rates are not cheap and on-par with dealerships, but there's no attitude and there is the confidence of them fixing it right. Best place to take your import.
