They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff who will keep the customers' concerns a priority. The work performed was just as good as the dealership, but the consequence of that is having to pay dealership prices. I've learned from the past that quality comes with a hefty price tag, but is a MUST when dealing with BMWs. Otherwise you'll end up paying more in the long run.
